Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


✅ Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items (e.g. sleeves or T-shirts) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, SMS, etc.)


⚠️ Partial Refunds May Apply

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows visible signs of use

  • The item is not in its original condition or has been damaged

  • Packaging is missing or significantly damaged

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival

  • We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or declined

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting delays can occur

  3. Contact your bank — some processing times vary

📦 Returns & Shipping

To return a product:

  1. Contact us first to receive the return address

  2. Send your item via a tracked UK postal service

  3. Include the following inside the package:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Email address

    • Reason for return

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund total

  • For items worth over £100, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without it
