4. Address Changes & Delivery Locations

  • Changing your address? You can update it anytime before dispatch by contacting our team.

  • PO Boxes: We can deliver via standard post, not couriers.

  • Military Addresses: We ship via Royal Mail or similar services only.

If an item is out of stock:

  • We’ll offer to waitlist your order

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

7.1 Items Damaged in Transit

  • Refuse the delivery if visibly damaged

7.2 Lost Shipments

  • If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we’ll reship your order or offer a gift voucher of greater value

  • If you refuse to pay duties and the order is returned to us:

    • Return shipping will be deducted from your refund

    • Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable
