⏱️ 30-Day Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund:

Items (e.g. sleeves or T-shirts) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them

Products must be returned in their original packaging

You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, SMS, etc.)
⚠️ Partial Refunds May Apply
Only partial refunds may be granted if:

The item shows visible signs of use

The item is not in its original condition or has been damaged

Packaging is missing or significantly damaged

Once we receive and inspect your return:

To return a product:

Send your item via a tracked UK postal service

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund total

For items worth over £100, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without it
